Myllerup Consult is led by Bent Myllerup, who with his long experience in managing development organisations, has a deep insight and experience in growing the potential of employees. Bent is a trained systemic coach and is certified in both classical as well as agile project management. Bent's view of humanity is appreciative and holistic - his leadership is based on values. He believes that every human being potentially bear the resources necessary for success in itself, and that it is his prestigious job as coach, to help unlock this potential.

Bent has successfully implemented Scrum in several organizations across professional, linguistic, cultural and geographical boundaries. With a systemic approach to their members, well-tested methods and his well-developed empathy and holistic manner, Bent has the ability to create a safe environment with a focus on the desired areas of development.

Bent is continuously relating his consultant practice to its own reality as the leader of a software department. As a consultant he only implements the changes which he has seen the results of in his own job as a manager.
