Management and stress
There are many factors involved when an employee is affected by stress. You could say that an unfortunate coincidence of circumstances where the employee over a period of time is under influence of pressure on several fronts can make the outcome. This is not necessarily single-standing reasons for the stress emerging situation. It can be concurrent conditions in the private sphere as well as in the working sphere. Also the patterns of behaviour of the employee, the manager and the rest of the organisation can be factors as well as other conditions.
